- 1 Cup Tahini
- 2 TBSP Balsamic
- 1/4 Cup Lemmon juice.
- 1 tsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 65mls Water
- Pink Salt
- Black Pepper

Instructions
Step 1
Whisk all ingredients together. until nice and smooth.
Step 2
Add more water if you prefer to have a runnier dressing.
Step 3
Pop into an airtight jar and keep in fridge for up to a week. Note that separation is normal so just give it a good stir when using it next time.
