FAQ’s

About 15 minutes from Limerick City in a village called Castleconnell.

“I work from a private setting on the grounds of our home on the outskirts of Castleconnell Co Limerick.”

From Limerick city you will head through Castletroy towards Dublin or else come off motorway at Exit 28.

At the “Mackey Roundabout” (beside Finnegans Bar); Take the exit signposted Castleconnell.

Turn left at next roundabout to get onto the Lisnagry/Old Castleconnell Road,

Turn right at little roundabout and keep driving straight.

You will pass out two or three bad bends with  a long stone wall on the left. Eventually you will see my sign on the right hand side. It’s hanging out over the front wall like a B&B sign. It says Inner Balance Holistic Centre. My Entrance is at the very back of the house so please drive the whole way around to the rear of the house and don’t use the main front door.

If this is your first consult it may be best for you to wait in the car  as you will be unsure where to go.

I will come get you once previous client has gone.

You can wear whatever you are most comfortable in. Ideally a tracksuit pants/leggins or something loose that will enable me to work on the points along your ankles, lower legs.

If you are coming from work or wearing something a little more fitted then dont worry. We can work around whatever you have on you on the day.

Feel free to bring a comfy pants with you and you can change into it here when you arrive.

Each session is different. I will allocate times to each client as I feel necessary as each client is coming with a different set of symptoms/concerns and some sessions may require a longer slot.

As a rule of thumb:

GENERAL REFLEXOLOGY

• First Consult & General Reflexology – 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cost is €60
• Follow Up Reflexology for general health – 1 hour. Cost €50.

FEMALE HEALTH/FERTILITY SUPPORT/HORMONE SUPPORT & REFLEXOLOGY

• First Consult for Fertility/Female Health/Hormone Support & Reflexology is 1 hour 30 mins to 2 Hours. Cost is €80.
• Follow Up Fertility/Female Health/Hormone Support & Reflexology. 1 hour 30mins. Cost is €60.
• Once you no longer need 1.5 hours- your follow up/maintence sessions will be 1 hour and will be €50.

MATERNITY/PREGNANCY REFLEXOLOGY & POST NATAL CARE

• Full Reflexology Session 1 hour to 1 hour 15 mins. Cost €50.

Yes! I am a member of the I.R.I and this enables you to claim back a % of the cost of your reflexology.

It depends on what plan you have with your health insurance. Please discuss with them directly.

All I have to do is receipt you and you can then pass these to your Insurance provider.

Please feel free to ask me for a receipt at any time.

There is no Visa Card Machine here so please bring cash/cheque with you.

If you do not have either then you can prepay for your session via bank transfer. Please discuss this with me in person.

Some appointments require a booking deposit which will be discussed with you when you phone/email to book. This policy was put in place due to a number of last minute cancellations that were happening for the eve and weekend appointments. Eve and weekend apts are limited so it is important to give at least 24 hours notice for all appointments if you cannot make it so I can try give that apt to someone else.
