Please note, you will have to book a Womens Health Zoom Consultation if you are looking for personalised Hormone/Fertility/Perimenopause related support. Its important to note that this service is a separate service to a 1 hour Reflexology treatment. It is not possible to offer you nutrition and lifestyle advice at a Reflexology session. Womens Health or Fertility Zoom Consultations are available on Mondays and Wednesdays. Reflexology is available Mondays mornings, Tue, Thursdays and some Saturdays. All advice/resources shared should be used for information and educational purposes only.
