While I don’t have a magic pill or potion, I can teach you how to use nutrition and stress management principles to help you on your hormone health / perimenopause journey to become more empowered and less overwhelmed.I can also guide you on the importance of testing and screening in order to help you find some answers and solutions.

Womens Health Consult Frequently Asked Questions

  • €195. There is a non refundable deposit due when booking consultation.

  • Please contact Amy to find out when next available consultation is.

  • Answer: All consultations are done via Zoom / Virtually.

  • While a 75min consultation is very valuable for many women, it may not be enough for everyone.

    In this 75min consult you will learn some nuggets of information from Amy’s 10+ years experience working with women & get some structure on what you can do next.

    Note - The 12 week one to one programme (should you wish to transition into this) is the best option for clients who want that 1-1 personal coaching & accountability. It is so much more than your typical nutrition and lifestyle plan, its really for women who are serious about their health, need that 1-1 support to improve their relationship with food, manage their weight, support their overall lifestyle etc.

  • Consultations are usually carried out on Monday & Wednesdays between 9.30-5.30pm.

    Lunch time consultations are available to accommodate those who are time poor.

  • The deposit / consult fee you paid for your first consultation will be deducted from the cost of the 12 week coaching should you wish to avail of 3 months support. You need to decide this during your first consultation.

  • I can offer some bloods / tests but mainly I will help guide you on some things to consider discussing with your healthcare provider. For example ,I have a Blood Testing “checklist” which can be helpful to you if you are struggling with Hormones / Fertility and are not sure what you can do to start getting checked.

  • Refunds are not offered. Once you book your consult/pay your deposit, the work has already started and therefore refunds are not offered. Please only book a consultation / 12 week programme if you are serious about working together.
