Amy offers 8 weeks one to one + a follow up consult at 12 weeks to support women who are tired of feeling overwhelmed and confused on what to do next to start feeling more in control of their hormones, fertility, perimenopause etc.
By using a combination of clear goal setting, nutrition fundamentals and a range of educational resources, you will learn how to work towards your health goals. Amy’s approach is different to your typical nutrition approach as she uses 10+ years experience to combine a range of different modalities to holistically help you achieve and sustain your results.

1 x 75 min initial consultation
2x 30 min review consultations during the 8 weeks

The cost is €100 deposit due on booking your consultation followed but 8 weekly payments of €50.

Answer: All consultations are done via Zoom / Virtually. Clients will be assigned into some self paced workshops / resources alongside their one to one time with Amy.

The main difference is the fact this is a complete one - one tailored support plan and not a group programme. It contains a range of online lessons and support tools to enhance your experience and results.
Amy uses a combination of personalised nutrition plan, nutrition education, stress management support and several consultations throughout your time with her. Amy does not just send you a meal plan/recipes and send you on your way. You have unlimitted email contact to ask any questions, along with several review consults throughout your time to make adjustments & find ways to support your challenges.
She only takes a handful of new clients each month to be able to offer each women the individual support they need. She really cares about your wellbeing!
This 12 week plan is so much more than your typical nutrition and lifestyle plan, its for women who want o improve their relationship with food, support their hormones/fertility and make long term change for their health without a crash diet and confusion. The price of this programme is extremely valuable as it is the same price point of some other “group programmes” that are offered online.
This 12 weeks is a commitment, and you have to be ready to change in order to get results. It is a good idea to consider your goals before reaching out to Amy and make sure that you are serious about improving your health before you invest.
Please note - Amy will not be texting or emailing you every week to check in. However, if you choose to check in weekly using provided weekly check in form, then this is monitored and a review consult will be then arranged to discuss.

Consultations are usually carried out on Monday & Wednesdays between 9.30-5.30pm.
Lunch time consultations are available to accommodate those who are time poor.

As always I advise women to check with their healthcare provider before making any dietary or lifestyle changes but my work is non-invasive and compliments most other forms of healthcare.

I do not currently offer bloods / tests , however If I feel you need to speak with your GP/Consultants then I will help guide you on some things to consider discussing with your healthcare provider. For example ,I have a Blood Testing “checklist” which can be helpful to you if you are struggling with Hormones / Fertility and are not sure what you can do to start getting checked.

Due to the fact Amy works with a small number of clients at one time, there is no refund. Work commences from the date you fill in your questionnaire for your consultation.
