Lymphatic Drainage Massage
A gentle, hands-on treatment designed to support fluid movement, immune health and reduce bloating & puffiness.
Using rhythmic, wave-like techniques, this treatment encourages lymphatic flow while calming the nervous system — making it ideal if you’re feeling stressed, sluggish or in need of a gentle but deep reset. Not suitable for cancer patients or overactive thyroid.
Optional- add in Facial Lymphatic Massage.

By blending both methods, we can achieve results that are more targeted and apply both hands on touch and tech. A course of treatments advised.

You had the option to “add on” additional time for face if you would like to include this with the body.

This will depend on your health and your goals. One session can give you a “boost” for example after a long haul flight. Like all our treatments, we dont offer quick fixes! it is recommended to have a course of sessions for specific symptoms / body goals and consider a maintenance plan thereafter.

Yes we can adapt to suit as long as you have no complications and get cleared by your doctor.
You can have treatments to support things like heavy legs, fluid retention and lymphatic drainage. Or you can choose to have one of our other treatments like Reflexology or regular massage. Please get in touch.

While we would love to support you, we would advise you consider working with a practitioner who specialises in these chronic conditions to get specific care and support first, then reach out to see how we can create a multi disciplinary approach together.
